The European Diabetic Nephropathy Study Group (EDNSG) was founded by a group of Diabetes Specialists with a particular interest in nephropathy and acts as a reference group for the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) in matters related to diabetic kidney disease.

The group is made up of Nephrologists and Diabetologists with an interest in diabetic kidney disease ranging from the structural and functional to the clinical.

To become a member of the group one has to present an abstract at one of the annual meetings.

We are particularly encouraging attendance of new researchers in the field and would welcome members from around the world.

The annual meeting takes place over two days around the third week of May.

The atmosphere is one of a workshop and active contribution is encouraged.
